Veterinary Technician

We are a privately owned small veterinary hospital, looking for a certified veterinary technician to join our team. Must be energetic, positive, upbeat, committed, punctual, able to multitask and adaptable to change. Must have previous or training/education in a veterinary facility. Must be friendly and outgoing with excellent communication skills and a team player. 

Required Skills able to perform: 

Phlebotomy

IV catheter placement 

Animal restraint 

Compassionate nursing care 

Housekeeping/ Maintenance 

Client communications and record keeping 

Assist Veterinarians 

Education and Physical requirements: 

CVT or 2 years of experience working in veterinary field 

Ability to lift 40Lbs 

Ability to bend, stand, squat or reach for long periods of time.
